Paradise Retirees Meeting June 13, 2017
Paradise Chapter completed the 2 Lake Malone trail bridges (one 14 feet & one 20 feet) noon July 10. We worked June 26 & 27 purchasing ,delivering material plus transporting .25 to .3 mile back in woods. Actual construction was done in less than a day and half on June 29 and July 10. We had 15 retirees , 5-6 Friends of Lake Malone and yesterday 4 Boy Scouts and 2 Leaders working throughout the 4 days.

Paradise 2017 Annual Picnic

Paradise held annual picnic on September 12th at Morgantown Park. There were about 140 in attendance. Meal was catered by Green River Caterers. In attendance were valley wide president, Dewitt Burleson, Senator C. B. Embry and Representative Melinda Prunty. President Burleson shared news and information concerning TVA RA.
A rally was held on February 9, 2019, at Paradise Park in Powderly, Ky, to save PAF 3. Rally was attended by KY Gov. Matt Bevin, several Kentucky Legislators, truck drivers, boilermakers, coal mine representatives, retirees and others.
