Write a check for $15 per year ($30 for two years, $45 for three years, etc.) made payable to the TVARA and mail it to the following address:

If you pay by PayPal, the annual dues are $15 plus a $1 processing fee for a total of $16 ($32 for two years, $48 for three years, etc.).

Log in to your local bank or credit union website

Click on the “Bill Pay ” menu item, or your bank may say “Payments” or something similar. You will see a list of “payees” you may have already created.  If you do not see the payee “TVARA,” there should be a link to set up a new payee. Otherwise, proceed to Step 2.

Provide the following information: (Note: The creation of the payee is a one-time setup).

1) Payee Setup

• Payee name: TVARA
• Address: TVARA, 400 W Summit Hill Drive, WT 8C-K, Knoxville, TN 37902-9901
• Account Number: Enter the six-digit Membership ID found above your name on the address label on the Dues Notice you received or the address lable on the latest newsletter.
• Email Address: Your email adress
• Phone Number(s): Home and Cell Phone Numbers. The bank may require both.
• Other: Provide other information required by your bank.
• Click Submit, Continue, or Next based on your website
• You should see TVARA in the list of payee.
  

2) Enter Payee Amount

• Click on payee TVARA
• Deduction from Acount: Select checking, saving, or credit card
• Amount: Enter $15 or ($30 if you wish to pay for two years or $45 for three years, etc.)
• Date: Enter today’s date if permitted to do so.
• Memo: Enter additional instructions you need to inform the TVARA. For example, “Dues for John and Jane Doe.”
• Click Submit
• A check will be mailed to the TVARA
